If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days of delivery in its original, unused condition and packaging, with all enclosed documentation. Personalised and commissioned items, as well as earrings, are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds exclude original delivery charges and are processed within seven working days following inspection. When not being worn, store each item separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box, fastening chains to prevent tangling. Clean your jewellery occasionally with mild soapy water and a soft brush, avoiding harsh cleaners or ultrasonic devices. For long-lasting brilliance, we also suggest an annual professional inspection to check settings and ensure everything remains secure.
